Organization: The
summer school will be held at the National Park of the
Apennine of Basilicata, organized in 5 days. The school is
dedicated to PhD students, PostDoc,
researchers and professors interested in hydrological monitoring, modelling and ecohydrology.
The number of participants will be limited to 30 units.
The application should include: contact
information and a short CV containing your educational background.
Applications should be submitted by April 30, 2011 directly to salvatore.manfreda@unibas.it
The selection processes has been
designed based on the following four criteria:
- Personal background;
- Publication record;
- Distance to the venue (participants
more distant from the venue get higher ranking);
- Time of application.
Topics: Coupled
ecological and hydrological processes; landscape patterns and ecological
processes; new techniques for streamflow and
evapotranspiration measurements; distributed hydrological modeling and
scale dependence of hydrological applications.

Registration
fee: 400 € (it includes: transportation,
lunch coupons, refreshment breaks, one social dinner coupon, one
excursion).
